I honestly could say that I already knew how to recoil control all the guns in the game before buying, but I couldn't control the smg secondaries too well. After using the recoil macro for a few weeks I lost the ability to control my recoil 100% because of being used to the automatic compensation. But the recoil macro offers you amazing control and smg sprays that are long ranged that just make you look like a god at recoil control to other people. I'd say each has it's ups and downs of using a macro and not using but unless you are going to play competitive with a team I would say that using this is a fun way of playing siege.

 

Very true but knowing how so many use macros already, its best to do so as well and really those that are new would benefit using this so they can learn quicker and focus on other things than the recoil control itself.
