For custom recoil script add like 1.5

So Ive seen not all weapons I can get to 0 recoil and thats cause theres not a precise measurement as in 1.1 1.2 1.3 etc

 

You can play around with the sleep value, it kinda do the same thing

 

can confirm this. the sleep value is how fast the recoil script runs so a sleep value of 1000 milliseconds is equal to 1 second, which means the recoil script would run every 1 second.

so play around within the milliseconds range which should be single/double/triple digits such as 5, 9, 23, 45, 16, 100, etc basically the lower the sleep value, the faster your recoil script runs.
