guys this whitelister is or was for some kind of aimbot function. I dont know if its still avaivible in this cheat but its basicly the same like this:

(maybe it was the same software) like this still works btw. if you train it good and take your time, then its a very well aimbot
and it is UD atleast in most of the game except apex you basicly take pictures of the charackter-modells ingame and after this you "WHITELIST" all Map- textures that it only react to the charackter modells.. ah you know what?! jsut watch the video my english is shit:
